Paid Survey Sites - My List 21-30

.21Netverdix-I just joined this site a few days ago and I have no information on their surveys yet. I will update this as soon as I get some surveys to take. The survey company holds a good reputation with the BBB and the site is easy and well organized.

  • Verified: By Me, BBB
  • Payments: Cash/Check, PayPal
  • Affiliate Program: No
  • Payout to Date: $0.00

22.Nielsen Net Panel-This site is on just about every one's top lists around the work from home community. That is the reason I still have this on my list. *NOTICE* I signed up for this paid survey site, and then removed myself. Although I have read it is a good producer of income, you must download their software onto your computer. It might not be clear to the average person that this is a tracking software and monitors ALL your online activity. I believe it is safe, but it is a little BIG BROTHERish for me.

  • Verified: By Me-See NOTICE
  • Payments: Drawings and Contest Entries
  • Affiliate Program: Yes
  • Payout to Date: Not a Member

23.Opinion Place-This site is good and bad. The good part is I was sent 1 survey, qualified, took the survey, and had the money deposited automatically into my PayPal account. The bad part is that you can only take one survey every 7 days.

  • Verified: By Me
  • Payments: PayPal
  • Affiliate Program: No
  • Payout to Date: $1.50

24.Opinion Outpost-This site might not look as professional as some survey sites, but the members area is great. Laid out very well, easy to see rewards and all your survey information in one place.

  • Verified: By Me
  • Payments: Cash/Check
  • Affiliate Program: Yes
  • Payout to Date: $0.00

25.Panda Research- Another site you find heavily recruited among the serious paid survey crowd. This is one of my favorites for a couple of reasons. The website is well thought out and easy to navigate around, I received surveys right away, qualified for most of them.

  • Verified: By Me
  • Payments: Cash/Check
  • Affiliate Program: Yes
  • Payout to Date: $6.00 and $24.00 pending

26.Pine Cone Research-This came highly recommended to me but I could not get to the sign up page. I am told you have to find a banner somewhere to even get in. I will try to find a banner, or see if they will post a banner here. I will update this as soon as I can.

  • Verified: In Prosses
  • Payments: Unknown
  • Affiliate Program: Unknown
  • Payout to Date: $0.00

27.Surf Bounty-This site is not as professional looking like some, but I have been getting surveys 2 or 3 times a day. Most I did not qualify for, but I have not filled out my profile yet either, so that could be my fault. Lots of stuff to find on the site itself also.

  • Verified: By Me
  • Payments: Cash/Check
  • Affiliate Program: Yes
  • Payout to Date: $6.75

28.Survey Head-This is a great paid survey site in my opinion. This site does something that no other site I found has. They tell you ahead of time what your chances for taking the survey are. That is very nice. They also have surveys to take on a regular basis.

  • Verified: By Me
  • Payments: Cash/Check
  • Affiliate Program: Yes
  • Payout to Date: $5.00

29.Survey Savvy-Well recommended on the work at home forums. I was going to write that I had not received any survey invites, but I just realized I had not filled out my profile. I will have to update this list next month to give you a better prospective on this survey site.

  • Verified: By Me
  • Payments: Cash/Check
  • Affiliate Program: Friend Referral
  • Payout to Date: $0.00

30.Survey Spot-Many people like this site, I personally don't that much. You do get a ton of surveys, but they are always for the instant win game. If I do get a survey for cash, I get bumped after too long into the survey. I will keep it in my list though for a couple of months. I don't see what it could hurt.

  • Verified: By Me, with conditions.
  • Payments: Cash/Check, and a lot of entries into their monthly drawing.
  • Affiliate Program: No
  • Payout to Date: $0.00, About 3000 entries into the drawing.

My Apologies

I am very sorry the list did not follow. Like I said before my computer skills are very bad and I am having trouble posting the sites and links. I better find out if it is within the guidelines also. My list will follow shortly!!! I kinda got ahead of myself.

Paid Survey Sites

I am sorry for the long posts so far, I will try to keep them short and to the point. My first endeavor into making money online started with paid surveys. Some of the ads I saw for this would lead you to believe you can make a living doing paid surveys. I really don't think this is possible even with the legitimate companies. I do think you can make some money doing this though. I researched the heck out of this idea, and here is what I personally found out.

There are many survey companies that sell groups of survey sites for you to join. They usually claim to give you access to over 300 or more survey sites. They also charge for this. They may or may not work, I don't know for sure because am not going to hand out 40 or 50 bucks to find out. I will tell you though that out of hundreds of survey sites I looked into, I could only find about 50 I could find any background to at all. 300 legitimate companies, I don't think so.

I base this information on three items I researched, survey organizations, forum posts from people that have been paid and I believe them, and the sites themselves. First of all there are 4 different organizations you can go to to investigate survey companies....

1. CASRO- Council of American Survey Research Organizations...this site is somewhat hard to find things, but if you look long enough, you can find out a lot of info.
2. CMOR- Council for Marketing and Opinion Research...another good site to find information on a survey company.
3. MRA- Marketing and Opinion Research...you have to look hard, but the information is there.
4. TTRA- Travel and Tourism Research Association...less information here, but still valuable.

I also joined several "work from home" type forums, to get a real person perspective. I am not sure if I can post them here or not, I will have to look into the Blogger terms and policy's. I will update later.

I also went directly to the survey sites themselves. All I had to do is go to the Terms and Agreements page, and read, read, and read some more. Many of my proposed sites dropped off here. Its very wordy and boring, but I would recommend always read these. I never ever used to do so, now I do and it has saved me more than once.

That brings me to the list of sites that I joined. Every site had to meet one of three criteria minimum.
1. Be a member of one of the 4 survey organizations.
2. Be mentioned by 5 or more people on forums stating they were actually paid by them.
3. I investigated the site personally and found it to be legitimate. ( I will declare this in my list )...I don't want to mislead anyone, so for these I advise you do some research also.

I came up with 42 sites that I joined for FREE!!!! Don't ever take your credit card out of your wallet. If a site asks for your credit card number, even if they say it will not be charged...run away fast. I have alphabetized this list instead of how it pays out. You will find that every person because of who they are, age, location, interests, can make more money on some sites than others. It will all depend on your profile, therefore a "Top 10" or "Top 100" is of no use to the individual.

****NOTICE****
This is my list and results so far. I have earned points and cash in many of the sites but I have not cashed out in any of them. Some have credited my PayPal account though. I am not going to cash out for a while so I can force myself to save the money. I started signing up Jan 2, 2009.

Personal Info and a Little Background

My name is David Kleine, I'm 43, happily married with two beautiful kids. This past year I have reached a very pivotal point in my life. I have gone from running a successful construction company for almost 20 years, a garage full of cars and toys, and a good savings and investment plan for the future, to being totally broke! As a matter of fact I am worse than broke, I am in debt up to my eyeballs. I blame nobody but myself. It started about 5 years ago, when I was in the process of building a new home for my wife, daughter, and myself. When I was about half way done, we put our existing house up for sale. Michigan's economy took a nosedive at the same time. I finished about 6 months later, and still no movement on our house. My wife who was 9 months pregnant, my daughter who was 4, and myself moved into the new house and kept trying to sell the old house. After my wife's maternity leave was up, she was let go the day she came back! She was in upper management at a title company, so our income took a big hit. The phones for my construction company stopped ringing around this time also. My wife found another job at a fraction of what she was making, and I was doing anything and everything to make at least a little income. The price of real estate in our community dropped about 40%. With a decrease in value on both houses of $100,000.00 each, I was upside down on both mortgages. I could not get out! I was going to have to bring $100,000.00 to closing, just to break even. Well from then to now we did everything to pay both mortgages. We used up our savings, cashed in our IRA's, cashed out all our stocks, and I am ashamed to say, we even used up our kids college education money. I sold everything I could, down to the necessities. Then we fell deep in debt! Now I am at that pivotal point I mentioned earlier. Do I give up, or do I dig in and do anything and everything to get out of this mess.
Well anyone who knows me, will tell you I will never give up. This is especially true because I have the future of my son and daughter in my hands. I brought you threw this depressing history only because I wanted to show everyone where I am starting from. I can't imagine that you could be worse off than I, so if I can succeed, you should be that much farther ahead if you are following along.
I started about 6 months ago looking for something I could do at home, or online, that could pay some bills. I ran into every Internet scam, every "proven system", every claim that I could make $10,000.00 a month and more, that you can imagine. Even if there was some legit plan out there, I could not afford to buy it. I began looking into paid surveys as a way for some extra cash for Christmas, and I found out that you could do it 100%free. I also found out that there were actually some legit companies out there. In my next post, I am going to list the survey companies I found, how it is going up till now, and my process for finding these survey sites.

Thanks again for your interest!
David

Welcome

First of all I would like to welcome you to my first blog and say thank you for coming! I am writing this blog out of total frustration looking for some way to make money from home. After many weeks of research all I came up with was one scam after another, or if there was a legitimate way, I would first have to buy a "system" that is never really explained. I plan on keeping a journal here showing everything I try, all my mistakes, and all my successes. I also am going to keep a running total of the money I make, or loose. As the title implies I am starting from $0.00. In reality I am starting from less than that, but I did not know how to illustrate that. I would like to make my first post short so not to scare everyone away. I would like to finish with a few ideas on how I hope this goes.

First, I hope I can help people out there that are in the same situation that I am, by trying things out first, and showing you the honest results. I will be your guinnea pig of sort.

Second, I hope this is a success, and if it is, I have given you a path to take.

Third, I hope that "experts" will find this post and correct the things I am doing wrong, or the possibilities that I am overlooking. Everyone wins!

The last thing I would like to mention is my experience with computers is very, very, limited. I am a residential builder. For most of my life I worked outside on construction sites, so if I can do it, I am sure the average person can. I am going to start small and easy with Paid Survey Sites.
I have already started them, so I will do a little catch up in the next post.

Thanks for the interest, have a great day!
David
